The 3 key players in being:

essence/spirit, EGO/mind, authenticity/child.

EGO/mind,

Essence/Spirit,

Authenticity/Child

EGO/Mind; the part the being that does not reside in the present it only registers experience via past conclusions or the fear projection of the future. Its purpose is to keep us safe, to keep us from harm. It is like an over protective mother, and if she had her way she would put you in the closet for safekeeping. We must discipline the mind; the mind must serve you not the opposite.

Authenticity/Child; the part that resides in the present, the now, it experiences all as if it were the first and only time, it is through this part the senses and sentiments are utilized. Experiencing each sentiment without judgment or interpretation simply allow the sentiment to run its course, being the witness to its process and keeping presence not allowing the past conclusions.

Essence/Spirit; the motivating part that gives animation and purpose with meaning for all. It can only be experienced in the present moment, to earn privilege to witness to the essence /spirit one must use the vehicle of the authenticity/child to gain access to the sacred miracle of life; it is through re capturing the unconditional love once experienced, and oneness is a result.
